Our special sizing module, heart of the process, may be a stand-alone unit supplied as a useful upgrade to any other existing machine. The innovative compact sizing box and the exclusive patented vertical applicators may supply advantages to other lines with savings, positive results and modest investments. All TMT sizing modules may be equipped with the ECOSIZE unit which allows to calculate in real-time the size pickup on processed warps.
Desizing for large-scale production
Designed for sizing large production lots, it may mount single of twin three cylinders sizing box, with or without tangential applicators. The battery of drying drums with single or split warp path may be integrated by the infrared oven in some special cases. Powered headstock with master warp puller and winder slave, three working speeds and non-stop quick beam exchange complete the line-up. Customized solutions to run in-line with denim dye slasher lines.

Designed for both sectional or direct warping methods, it uses the new sizing module with vertical tangential applicators and a unique sizing box with three cylinders for the most varied sizing application in a compact and clever layout. It is completed with wet splitting bars in front of infrared oven and multiple drying drums, before the delivery headstock with master warp puller and winder slave.

This machine is based on innovative TST technology (Tangential Sizing Technology).
